  • HASBRO (Temp Assignment Via Silverman McGovern) :: Pawtucket, RI :: 2009-Fall 2010
    Accomplishments:
  • Caught errors with artwork and preproduction samples submitted for shipment to licensors, hence shortening the length of time for receiving approvals
  • Worked with project coordinators and prepress to help keep projects on schedule.
    Duties:
    Assistant Project Coordinator
  • Updated Hasbro’s GMS (Global Milestone System) with notes provided by project coordinators & project managers via Topline meetings: this included modifying dates, adding new projects (mainline & EU) and components, checking & loading material numbers and making sure they were linked to the correct project, modifying notes, and contacting prepress regarding completion dates
  • Generated & posted weekly Topline reports to be accessed by various teams
  • Checked reports for overlooked updates and inconsistencies
  • Assisted Licensing Coordinator by generating forms, shipping packaging art, preproduction samples and final samples; tracking shipments, archiving forms and updating GMS with feedback from licensors.

  • Greatly reduced cost of goods by negotiating with existing vendors and finding new suppliers with competitive pricing
